* Bill Processing – after every mailing/emailing, we’ll import all critical documents directly into the Portal system so you and your staff can gain access to them immediately.

* Standalone Portal – Use the system to import your documents where you can break the information down into smaller groups of documents for analysis, collections or customer service.

Secure the documents you need by simply using keywords that were pre-defined and stored in the index for fast and efficient access. Now you can sort as large or small of a grouping as you need to help you get the job done efficiently and profitably. Next, print, email or fax the pdf document to complete your project. All documents are stored for up to 12 months or as long as you need access to bills, statements, credit card statements and more.

Secure Access & Control

All documents are secure with various levels of security, through a series of authorizations only allowing those with the right credentials to get to some, part or all of the critical documents. You’ll receive notification of all activity within the system so you know what’s going on at all times.
